Just finished these two portraits of Hannibal Lecter and Will Graham. They were inspired by something that Jack Crawford says in Hannibal Season 3: “They are identically different, Hannibal and Will.”

They are available for purchase!

Et voilà! I’m incredibly proud of how this piece turned out, probably because I’m in love with Florence and with Hannibal Season 3. It’s been pretty hard to draw the landscape, but I admit I’m very satisfied. Hope you like it!

It’s available for purchase! 🙂

Will gazing at Hannibal with heart eyes (aka affirmation that the attraction was mutual from the word go fight me)

#I’ve always loved Hugh Dancy’s choice to have will staring at hannibal’s turned back in that opening scene#showing that he is as arrested by hannibal at that first meeting#as hannibal is by him#unlike every other of Will’s first reactions to people#being dismissive and looking away#it’s good blocking and good acting#it’s implied in the script#but redone for the ep#emphasized#it would be lost in Will’s general defense mechanisms otherwise#great direction (x)

I shouldn’t say that, but this is probably the Hannigram watercolor I’m most satisfied with so far. Do you like it? It’s available for purchase!

“Delicato”

Watercolor and acrylic on paper
32 cm x 24 cm (12,5 in x 9,5 in)

The title is an Italian musical term that indicates an instruction to play the music with a light, delicate touch.

This is a sort of imaginary portrait of Will Graham that Hannibal Lecter could have sketched during his “stay” at the Baltimore State Hospital for the Criminally Insane. I’m pretty sure he should have drawn a lot of portraits by memory during his three years of imprisonment.

Do you like it? You can purchase it!

“Riposo”

Pencil on paper
21 cm x 30 cm (8,26 in x 11,8 in)

Signed “Hannibal Lecter” on the front; my real signature is placed on the back. The title is an Italian word that means “rest, leisure”.

I particularly love this drawing: I used a wonderful photo manipulation by serenissimaluna as a reference, and I still can’t say if this picture is an allegory, a dream or a real hypothetical moment between Hannibal and Will.

If you like it, you can purchase it!

“Did you just smell me?” One of my favorite moments between Hannibal and Will in Season One. I couldn’t help but draw it.
