i love that when my sisters and i are on vacation we’re like phew im tired bedtime and we all go to bed and then lay there side by side on our phones, silently knowing what each other are doing
This project is all about funding Hannibal Enamel Collar (or wherever you want to put them!) Pins! It’s an idea I’ve had for a while but it takes a certain degree of gestation with me before the desire to make the thing becomes OVERWHELMING! IT’S NOW OVERWHELMING!
Because I usually struggle to afford stocking Enamel Pins normally, stocking 2 for an item is even harder! So the only way these will get made is by Kickstarter!
TIMELINE:
Between NOW and the 10th of September 2018 – The kickstarter will run, people can make their pledges, and hopefully achieve some awesome stretch goals! During this time I’ll also be designing – backing cards, project stickers, pin backs, and other fun extras.
Between the 10th of September 2018 and 22nd of October 2018 – During this period, I’ll receive some samples from the suppliers to show you (I can’t get the samples until I pay the full amount I’m afraid!) and to confirm everything is going successfully, I’ll be making lures and extras that I need too and there will be some surveys for you guys to fill out.
ASAP from the 22nd of October onwards – Dispatch! I’ll aim to get your pins out to you ASAP from their arrival to me onwards.
1st of Feb 2019 – Pick up at the Red Dragon Convention in London.
ABOUT THE PINS:
So, these Collar Pins will be formed of 2 enamel pins with built in jump ring attachments, which enables them to be attached together with a chain. So you can wear them between a collar, or really, anywhere else!
The chain between the 2 pins will be able 12cm/15cm, then you have Hannibal’s knife on the left (Mizumono) and Will’s knife on the right (Dolce) the ‘metal’ of the knives will have GLITTER enamel!
There are 3 types of Collar Pins on offer…
Standard – 1 Hannibal Pin and 1 Will Pin attached by 1 black chain.
Red Chain – 1 Hannibal Pin and 1 Will Pin attached by 1 red chain, just a different colour option if people aren’t keen on the black.
Beaded Chain – 1 Hannibal Pin and 1 Will Pin attached by 2 black chains (cascading) with an extra blood red bead dripping from one side (you get to choose whether it’s Hannibal or Will’s side.)
RDC5 PICK UP:
There are a couple of tiers which have RDC5 pick up options, please ensure you select the right option to make sure you aren’t charged for shipping and that I don’t have to transport too many orders. Some things to remember if you want to do this pick up:
There are limited amounts of RDC5 pick up packages, once they’re gone they’re gone.
If you select this package, you agree that you’re able to pick up your order on the Friday of the convention, that’s the 1st of Feb 2019. I’ll post where I am and you need to come and find me to collect your order (I’ll probably be sat in the lobby all afternoon, I won’t make it hard for you!)
If you miss the collection window, the orders left will go back in my room and will stay there the rest of the weekend so I can enjoy my weekend, if you want the order after this point you’ll need to pay postage once the event is over.
This rules might sound harsh, but I need to enjoy the con. So it’s important for me.
I like doing the convention pick up because it means we get around horrible shipping charges, but you do have to wait ages for your pins. But the con is BEST TIME to wear them!

STRETCH GOAL PACKAGES
So to keep things simple (I hope!) I’ve separated my Stretch Goal items into 2 types, certain backer tiers therefore get access to certain items if they get unlocked. Which Stretch Goal Package you could get is highlighted in the tier you’re backing.
These are subject to change, will only be confirmed once we look at getting towards the next goal, i.e. I’ll confirm the £3100 goal once we hit the £2900 goal, etc. I could also add some stuff as I think of it!

Omg omg I got a bulbasaur at build a bear and I was kinda embarrassed about buying it for myself and stuff but there weren’t any other kids in the store or shoppers for that matter and the girl helping me said she was glad to here it was for me as she collects some plushies and has her own bulbasaur.
Well she was almost done stuffing him and then I noticed that you can put scents in your bear and fucking love cotton candy and the girl basically car salesmen style sold me on the scent pad and asked where I wanted the scent to go
And I didn’t know where it should go but she herself being quite the plushie enthusiast was like “you’re gonna hug him a lot right? may I reccomend right here” and pointed to his forehead
So I was like “awe cute yeah that sounds good” (my bulbasaur is totally stuffed mind you and I even had her make him extra firm )
and then the girl rolls up her sleeves and was like “alright bulbasaur! Here we go! I apologize in advance but this is gonna look very inappropriate!”
And she fisted my super full bulbasaur all the way to her elbow saying sorry to him and to me over and over again. It took her several tries to get the scent pad in place since my bulbasaur was so stuffed and she looked like she was straining and saying “I don’t know why they didn’t think about this design more, so many parents are gonna complain about this one day, I know it”
So all in all this was the best build a bear experience I’ve had since I was a little kid and I love my fat, cotton candy scented, anally inclined bulbasaur to pieces
